She's also written for a bunch of magazines and anthologies and shit, had an editing career for a while, then some internet stuff; now she's kind of lazy but continues to write, teach, and volunteer with at-risk youth. Carol Rosenfeld lives and works in New York City and occasionally manages to write, especially when Kathleen schedules her to read at DCW. Carol has been revising the draft of her first novel for the last couple of years. The title has changed so many times she is no longer sure of it. Carol has written approximately a quarter of her second novel, a satirical lesbian romance entitled Birds Do It. Last year at DCW she read the opening chapter of her third novel-in-progress; this year she will read the second chapter-if she finishes it in time. If not, there's always poetry.
